As a trained Learning & Development professional with a passion for Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (EDI), Bex uses their experience as a corporate professional to create learning experiences tailored to individual company needs that drive impact and provide clarity. They specialise in LGBTQIA+ sensitivity training and education, training delivery (on topics ranging from EDI, mental health, soft skills, career development, and more), and proofreading/editing support. With a belief that safety is the bare minimum of what needs to be achieved, they are eagre to work with organisations that want to ensure the inclusivity of all people. Whether you need a tailor-made training program, a guest speaker for internal/external events, or someone to discuss ideas with, Bex would love to hear from you.
